At about 6,400 feet on the North Ridge, the valley around Big Lake comes
into view. Directly behind the lake are Hoodoo Butte (5,685 ft) with
red rock and the uniquely shaped Hayrick Butte (5,523 ft). Three
Fingered Jack is just visible to the far right.
