7,794-foot Mount Washington, as seen from the viewpoint along the Santiam
Highway (U.S. Route 20) West of Sisters, Oregon. The mountain is one
of the more unique looking Cascade Range peaks due to the heavy glaciation
that occurred over the last tens of thousands of years. The North
Ridge is the prominent feature on the right of the photo.
