An incredible photo of Bill and the Monitor Ridge monitoring station at 6,900 feet in heavy fog.  At this level, the air temperature was below freezing and the winds were whipping to over 40 miles per hour.  The wind chill and low visibility forced Bill and I to turn around a short time later at 7,200 feet.
