One of the cooler places to spend a Summer afternoon or evening is PGE
Park, a Triple A professional baseball park nestled in the Northwest
District of Downtown Portland. The Beavers, an affiliate of the
San Diego Padres, play here to decent crowds. The park, formerly
known as Civic Stadium, was built in 1932 and recently renovated.
