Some not-so-typical weather for the Portland area...A heavy snow
squall dumps several inches of snow on Beaverton, a Western suburb
of Portland. The metro area gets a few moments of snow each
Winter, but it is usually wet and it tends not to stick. This
snow hung around for the morning and melted by the early afternoon
as the sun came out.
